This is divided across 3 levels: The open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen are on the ground floor. Three bedrooms occupy the upper floor – one with ensuite bathroom and two more with a shared bathroom – while the lower floor is almost a private unit in itself, reserved for the fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a fully fitted kitchen.

In addition to the garden pool with sunbathing deck, relaxation also comes easy on the roof, where the furnished terrace is enhanced with a jacuzzi, a BBQ area with dining and lounge furniture, as well as a convenient WC. The beautiful sea and city views complete the picture that is equally enjoyable by day or by night.

The villa is only 55km from Larnaca International Airport, and transfer is smooth and easy, mostly along the connecting highway.
