This villa is really amazing! Had everything we needed and more! Such great value for money. The hosts were lovely too, very communicative and ensured we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this villa!

The villa was AMAZING 😍. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive from the moment the booking was made and throughout our stay. They assisted with transport organization and it worked out perfectly for my large group. The kitchens were fully equipped with all the pots, pans, glasses etc. that you could need. Towels and beach towels were provided for each room, and the pool was clean and clear! The bedrooms and bathrooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about the villa!

Unique accommodation with stunning views! The furniture and decor are fantastic, and both the gym and pool are included. The entire building was very quiet and still feels brand new. Super friendly staff. The beach and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. We will definitely come back!

It was incredible! The apartment is luxurious and comfortable, the view is breathtaking and is surrounded by many shops, restaurants, spas, markets, and a private beach. The building has its own pool and gym with a coffee shop. This place was amazing and in a perfect location. Highly recommended.

Luxel is a great and well-organized host. always responsive and proactive, they would take care of any request in a timely manner. The villa was beautiful and luxurious and only steps from the beach. One of our best vacation experiences ever! We are definitely coming back!

Looked a lot better than the photos! There was an experience above expectations. The hosts were amazing. They welcomed us when we arrived, explained everything about the property and were very attentive and helped with everything we needed! The villa was very clean and very new. Wonderful Villa, everything was clean and spacious and there was no problem with electricity or warm water. The host was very friendly and replied always fast to all our requests. Can only recommend this property for everyone who wants to have a blast of a stay in the Vivo Mare area 😊

Our best holiday yet. The Villa exceeded expectations and is even more beautiful than we imagined. The location was incredible, less than 30 seconds and you’re on the beach. 2.5km scenic walk into the town. Cannot speak highly enough for our stay and the host, we will be back again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was extremely good. The hospitality team was very responsive and communicative. The house was very clean, spacious and the perfect place to accommodate 6 people. Very close to the centre of Ayia Napa/clubs and it also offer quiet nights. Definitely coming back this year.
