Beautiful clean property, with a private beach nearby. It was perfect for the 7 of us.

Very responsive to all of our queries.

The electricity cut out a few times, but the problem was quickly rectified.

About a 5-7 min drive to the main strip in Ayia napa, so not too far.

Our stay at the villa of Luxel Villas was simply fantastic! The place was just as beautiful as in the photos – maybe even better. Everything was well maintained, clean and furnished to a high standard, so you felt comfortable from the first moment.
The location was perfect for a relaxing holiday, and the amenities really left nothing to be desired. Whether pool, kitchen or bedroom – everything was thought out in detail.
I would especially like to highlight the fast and friendly contact with the host: answers always came promptly, helpful and cordial – you felt well taken care of all around.

Beautiful villa with everything you could need. We travelled as a family of 5 with 3 children and we had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The pool is clean and a great size, private and very close to a lovely beach. Hosts were extremely responsive when we had any questions. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return next year.
