Our stay was just perfect – it couldn't have been better! The place was immaculately clean, stylishly furnished and furnished with a lot of love for detail. You felt at home from the first moment. We were particularly impressed by the cozy atmosphere and the high quality of everything that was prepared. The location was also ideal: quiet, but still super well connected and perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

The host was incredibly friendly, attentive and available at all times. Communication was absolutely straightforward and warm. You can immediately tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on providing guests with an unforgettable stay.

The little extras and the great amenities also made our stay special. Everything was exactly as described – if not even better. We would come back any time and can truly recommend this place from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for this wonderful time!

We had the most incredible stay at this villa and can’t recommend it highly enough! The location on the outskirts of Ayia Napa was perfect — peaceful and quiet, while still being within easy reach of everything the area has to offer.

The villa itself exceeded all our expectations. It’s spacious and beautifully maintained, with every corner spotlessly clean from the moment we walked in. The pool was a real highlight — very large, and perfect for relaxing afternoons — and the hot tub was simply amazing, the ideal way to unwind in the evenings.

What truly made this stay special was the customer service. George and all the team were fantastic from start to finish — warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to every need. Always quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

This villa ticks every box: quiet location, generous space, immaculate cleanliness, and top-notch hospitality. We left feeling completely relaxed. 

Thank you very much for helping to make this trip to Cyprus with our daughters and granddaughter so special. The home was exactly what we hoped it would be, and the responsiveness to our questions was prompt.

Had a great stay at Luxel’s villa. The villa was very nice, and the team of hosts were always very responsive and very helpful whenever we needed anything.

It was amazing. The villa looks better in real life. We had such a lovely stay, and the host was super nice. Everything went very well with the check in and check out. We would recommend the villa 10/10.

Stunning, luxurious Villa - nicer than the photos! 

Excellent service from the host! Peaceful location amongst other lovely villas. 5 min walk to a nice, clean small family beach, clear water, with plenty of available sun beds (surprisingly) in mid - July. Also, near a nice hotel on the beach. Less than 1min drive to the buzzy Ayia Napa. Overall, a fabulous stay at the villa! Thank you!!
