It was very rare, everything was big and comfortable! Perfect location, quiet by the sea, there was a constant response, glad there was an elevator, it was helpful, in short, perfect!

We booked the accommodation for a week. Communication with the host was flawless and very pleasant. The kitchen is excellently equipped with everything you need to cook delicious food. From the beach, you can walk to the city within 15 minutes. It's less than 2 minutes to the beach. Parking is under the carport.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Everything was clean, the Villa was well equipped, and overall it was a great experience.

Our stay was absolutely amazing 10/10! The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

Check-in was quick. The villa was clean and as shown in the pictures. The location was optimal. Late check-out was possible upon request. Everything was great.

We had the most amazing stay at this villa, it was stunning inside and out, with the beach just 30 seconds away. We didn’t want to leave, the pool is huge and the views are just incredible. The hosts were very responsive and communicated through message. We will definitely be returning and using Luxel Villas. Thank you for the most wonderful stay.

Everything was extremely good. The hospitality team was very responsive and communicative. The house was very clean, spacious and the perfect place to accommodate 6 people. Very close to the centre of Ayia Napa/clubs and it also offer quiet nights. Definitely coming back this year.

Our best holiday yet. The Villa exceeded expectations and is even more beautiful than we imagined. The location was incredible, less than 30 seconds and you’re on the beach. 2.5km scenic walk into the town. Cannot speak highly enough for our stay and the host, we will be back again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
