The villa is very modern and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and has maximum privacy. Very polite and flexible host, I'll be back.

We enjoyed the stay in the villa very much. The beach, the restaurants, shopping and the party mile are all within 5 minutes' reach. We were warmly welcomed and everything was explained superbly!

Fantastic location for visiting Ayia Napa, a short walk and you are in the vibrant area full of amazing restaurants and bars. The villa was perfect for our family holiday with 6 of us staying. The place had all the facilities we needed for our holiday and the air conditioning was very welcoming during the day and night. We would definitely visit again!

Mega modern house. Completely newly built - were the first to live in it. The team was available 24/7 by phone. Service was really great. Walking 5 min to the beach and less than 5 min to the city - really great.
