Super modern and clean villa. Equipped with all amenities. Lovely beds and a well-stocked cutlery drawer with solid materials and a few good knives. Good pans and a super nice location. From the villa you can walk straight into the cozy streets with numerous restaurants, something for everyone.

We had such a great time at this villa! It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing, and the whole place felt peaceful & private. The rooftop hot tub was amazing.

The hosts were lovely and really helpful with anything we needed. Location was spot-on – quieter area of napa but close to beaches, restaurants, and short walk to the main strip and marina.

Honestly, it was one of the best holiday stays we’ve had. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

It was absolutely crazy and everyone had an absolute blast. The accommodation was beyond expectations, we couldn't have stayed better than in this villa.

Modern and fresh Villa situated in the heart of Ayia Napa. Everything near house. Good equipment and a large selection of dishes. Roof top with hot tube. Very easy to control everything inside “smart house”, very clean and good welcome pack. Quick communication

Huge Villa, lots of space and nice terrace with hot tub. Great location.

We spent 6 nights in the Luxel Villas in Agia Napa and it was really a very nice stay. The villa was clean, well equipped and had everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Particularly positive is the fast communication – the team always responded immediately and was very helpful. We felt completely comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

You can’t beat this place. Pool. Jacuzzi. Amazing service and top host.
