The villa was very clean and comfortable, the pool was large and beautiful. And the view is superb!!! The villa is right next to the center but in a quiet location. The maintenance team is very friendly and they responded quickly to all our questions. We loved our stay.

Wonderful location can walk to a nearby golden sandy beach in minutes. Lots of hidden rocky and sandy beaches to be found if you walk to Ammos beach which is about a 15 minute walk. Usually walked all the way from the Villa to Ayia Napa Harbour to the restaurants which took about 30 minutes but walking very slowly. Great views, beautiful sunsets.

Luxel team was really welcoming. The villa is incredible and the location is perfect to go Ayia Napa city center in just 5 mins by car or go Protaras in 10 mins. Really convenient and luxury. Perfect service!

What an amazing place to stay. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything you could need. I will be visiting the house again.

The accommodation was wonderful and exactly as described. Top! Perfect for relaxing and exploring the surrounding area – very well located. A rental car is recommended for maximum flexibility. Restaurants, beautiful beaches, and bars are nearby (5 minutes by car). The communication was perfect.

The place was just amazing. My friends and I immediately felt comfortable and were absolutely delighted with the luxury. Everything was perfect. You could always reach someone via WhatsApp. Would definitely visit the villa again.

This place is definitely a gem. I enjoyed each and every aspect of the villa. Private, exclusive, clean, luxurious. I will definitely aim to book wt again in my next trip to Aiya Napa.
