From the moment you arrive and park your car in the villa’s private car park, that wonderful holiday feeling will surround you. You’ll be
magnetically drawn to the sparkling outdoor pool and sunbathing deck, resisting the temptation to jump right into the cool water.

Like its neighbouring villas, Iris Seaview Villa welcomes you in three ensuite bedrooms, two on the first floor and the third on the second floor. All three bedrooms are equally inviting – whether you prefer to walk out onto a balcony overlooking your pool, or to step onto the roof terrace with its jacuzzi in the sun and a view across Ayia Napa towards the sea.
The ground floor is dedicated to the bright and sunny open-plan layout of living room, dining room and kitchen. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the branded appliances that make Napa Hills a perfect self-catering holiday destination.
